With this note, Yokohama TWS informs you that, starting from January 1st, 2026, all our products are fully compliant with the new EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).

Products labeled “EUDR Transitional” refer to products that:

 

  1. were manufactured using natural rubber imported into the EU before January 1st, 2026, or
  2. were directly imported into the EU before that date.

 

These products are not subject to a Due Diligence Statement (DDS), as they fall outside the scope of the Regulation under its transitional provisions.

The DDS code shown on the invoice applies only to product not labeled “EUDR Transitional”.

Touto poznámkou vás společnost Yokohama TWS informuje, že od 1. ledna 2026 budou všechny naše výrobky plně v souladu s novým Nařízením EU o odlesňování (EUDR).

 

Výrobky označené jako „EUDR Transitional“ se vztahují na výrobky, které:

  1. byly vyrobeny s použitím přírodního kaučuku dovezeného do EU před 1. lednem 2026, nebo
  2. byly přímo dovezeny do EU před tímto datem.

 

Tyto výrobky nepodléhají Prohlášení o náležité péči (DDS), protože nespadají do oblasti působnosti nařízení podle jeho přechodných ustanovení.

Kód DDS uvedený na faktuře se vztahuje pouze na výrobky, které nejsou označeny jako „EUDR Transitional“.nal“

Mit diesem Hinweis informiert Yokohama TWS Sie, dass ab dem 1. Januar 2026 alle unsere Produkte vollständig der neuen EU-Entwaldungsverordnung (EUDR) entsprechen.

 

Produkte mit der Kennzeichnung „EUDR Transitional“ beziehen sich auf Produkte, die:

  1. unter Verwendung von Naturkautschuk hergestellt wurden, der vor dem 1. Januar 2026 in die EU importiert wurde, oder
  2. vor diesem Datum direkt in die EU importiert wurden.

 

Diese Produkte unterliegen keiner Sorgfaltserklärung (DDS), da sie gemäß den Übergangsbestimmungen der Verordnung nicht in deren Anwendungsbereich fallen.

Der auf der Rechnung angegebene DDS-Code gilt nur für Produkte ohne die Kennzeichnung „EUDR Transitional“.

Avec cette note, Yokohama TWS vous informe qu’à partir du 1er janvier 2026, tous nos produits seront entièrement conformes au nouveau Règlement de l’UE sur la déforestation (EUDR).


Les produits étiquetés « EUDR Transitional » se réfèrent à des produits qui :

  1. ont été fabriqués en utilisant du caoutchouc naturel importé dans l’UE avant le 1er janvier 2026, ou
  2. ont été directement importés dans l’UE avant cette date.


Ces produits ne sont pas soumis à une Déclaration de Diligence Raisonnable (DDS), car ils ne relèvent pas du champ d’application du règlement dans le cadre de ses dispositions transitoires.

Le code DDS figurant sur la facture s’applique uniquement aux produits non étiquetés « EUDR Transitional ».

Con la presente nota, Yokohama TWS informa che, a partire dal 1° gennaio 2026, tutti i nostri prodotti saranno pienamente conformi al nuovo Regolamento UE sulla deforestazione (EUDR).


I prodotti etichettati “EUDR Transitional” si riferiscono a prodotti che:

  1. sono stati fabbricati utilizzando gomma naturale importata nell’UE prima del 1° gennaio 2026, oppure
  2. sono stati importati direttamente nell’UE prima di tale data.


Questi prodotti non sono soggetti a una Dichiarazione di Due Diligence (DDS), in quanto rientrano nelle disposizioni transitorie del Regolamento.

Il codice DDS riportato in fattura si applica solo ai prodotti non etichettati “EUDR Transitional”.

Con esta nota, Yokohama TWS le informa que, a partir del 1 de enero de 2026, todos nuestros productos cumplirán plenamente con el nuevo Reglamento de la UE sobre Deforestación (EUDR).


Los productos etiquetados como “EUDR Transitional” se refieren a productos que:

  1. fueron fabricados utilizando caucho natural importado a la UE antes del 1 de enero de 2026, o
  2. fueron importados directamente a la UE antes de esa fecha.


Estos productos no están sujetos a una Declaración de Diligencia Debida (DDS), ya que quedan fuera del ámbito de aplicación del Reglamento en virtud de sus disposiciones transitorias.

El código DDS que figura en la factura se aplica únicamente a los productos no etiquetados como “EUDR Transitional”.
